Space Industries and myself (Joshua Letcher) are extremely pleased to see the large number of nominations for this years Australian Space Awards as it demonstrates the interest in the local space industry and an indication of the growth we expect to see in the coming years, I am also excited to see that Space Industries is getting visibility in the Australian Space Industry with its focus on producing water and other resources on the Moon to support the NASA Artemis missions. Australia has extensive heritage in the mining and resources industry and has a golden opportunity to lead the space resources sector for the space industry, very exciting space to be in at the moment
